Primary Treatment
Our environmental commitment extends beyond the design of our goods to incorporate cutting-edge industrial technology that helps the world while conserving natural resources. The wastewater treatment process is divided into three stages: primary, secondary, and tertiary water treatment. Moreover, there is advanced treatment, known as quaternary water treatment, is needed in some applications. Based on the water’s original condition and planned final application, various filtering steps or formulations are used.
Primary Stage
Water is briefly placed in a settling tank during primary treatment, where heavy solids fall to the bottom and lighter solids rise to the top. These contaminants are left back until they have cooled, while the residual solvent is drained or transferred to the more strict secondary step of wastewater treatment.
‘Water’ is the ‘Life’ itself…
Therefore Wastewater Recycling is a vital process for sustainable ecosystems.
Primary Equipments
Here is the list of the main equipments for the primary treatment stage. You can visit our equipments page to view even more.
Rotary Disc Screen
The rotary disc screen is a strainer machine with very high treatment efficiency that is widely used in filtration of wastewaters containing filamentous and sinewy contaminants.
Rotary Drum Screen
Rotary drum screen is a gadget used to keep fine particles from inlet wastewater to harming mechanical gear. There are two sorts of drum strainer as inside flow and remotely flow.
Static Sieve Screen
It is a wedge wire bend screen used in physical treatment units of static sieve treatment plants.
Mechanical Bar Screen
Mechanical Bar Screen is an essential wastewater treatment system that is useful for sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
